About Your New Job
Lead projects from design through to construction.
Coordinate technical design information and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and planning requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Carry out site inspections and monitor project progress.
Manage project programmes, documentation, and team coordination.
What You Need
Minimum 8 years' experience as an Project Architect.
Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing.
Experience delivering projects through construction and site inspections.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience working with local authority approvals.
Proficient in Revit.
