Hertz Car Sales is seeking an experienced, driven Finance & Sales Executive to join our high-performing Sales Team. This is a key role combining vehicle sales, finance & insurance expertise, and customer relationship management within a fast-paced, premium automotive environment.
The Role
This position plays a vital part in maximising dealership profitability while delivering a seamless, transparent, and professional customer experience.
You will:
* Sell vehicle finance, insurance products, and service packages to customers in a compliant and profitable manner
* Support and enhance the overall vehicle sales process from enquiry to delivery
* Present finance and insurance options clearly and confidently
* Handle negotiations relating to finance terms, add-ons, and part-exchange settlements
* Ensure all finance documentation, proposals, and agreements are completed accurately and on time
* Liaise closely with finance providers and maintain strong working relationships
* Support Sales Executives by cross-selling ancillary products and maximising deal value
* Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies
* Stay up to date with finance products, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
* Travel between Hertz Car Sales locations as required to support business needs

You will ideally have:
* Proven experience in sales (motor industry experience strongly preferred)
* Experience selling finance and insurance products
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* A results-driven, target-oriented attitude
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* The ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and management
* A professional, ethical approach to sales and compliance
* Full, clean driving licence (essential)
* Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) or APA Consumer Credit qualification preferred
