Garryvoe Health Club is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our vibrant team as a Leisure Attendant / Fitness Instructor.

Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise the pool, gym, and leisure areas ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all members and guests.
· Deliver engaging and professional fitness instruction, including gym inductions, fitness assessments, and personalized training plans.
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
· Provide excellent customer service and assist members with equipment and workout advice.
· Support group fitness classes (if certified) and promote a positive club environment.
Requirements:
· Recognized fitness qualification (e.g., EQF Level 3 or equivalent).
· Current Pool Lifeguard Certification (RLSS) Not essential, highly desirable.
· CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Desirable Skills:
· Experience in a similar role within a leisure or fitness environment.
· Group exercise instruction certification (e.g., Spin, Aqua Aerobics, Pilates, etc.).
· Knowledge of fitness programming and customer service software.
