Key Responsibilities:
* Managing Daily Operations: Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Shop Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness, ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Staff Supervision: Assist with staffing, training, and the ongoing development and supervision of store employees.
* Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure effective stock replenishment.
* Administrative Duties: Carry out administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and compliance documentation.
* Shop Opening & Closing: Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and till reconciliation, in line with company procedures.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Fluent English, both spoken and written, is essential.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
* High attention to detail, especially regarding stock control, hygiene, and food safety.
* Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required.
