Employment Lawyer Job Description
As a highly skilled Employment Lawyer, you will play a key role in advising clients on the full range of domestic and international employment issues.
* Transactions: Advise on diligence reviews, prepare diligence reports; coordinate multi-jurisdictional disclosure schedules; advise on global business carve outs in advance of sales and post-acquisition integrations.
You will also be involved in advising on when a redundancy situation arises and requirements of individual and collective redundancy procedures. Additionally, you will be part of a team working on global or multi-jurisdictional projects such as restructuring exercises, pay equity reviews and other compliance projects.
Key Requirements:
1. A qualified solicitor with excellent academics and demonstrable employment experience gained from a leading employment practice.
2. Good commercial mindset, strong team player ability to build excellent relationships with clients.
3.
