Operations Lead
The role of Operations Lead is pivotal to the launch and operational running of new hybrid primary care clinics in Dublin.
This person will be responsible for coordinating clinic setup, managing operational readiness, supporting day-to-day site performance, and acting as the operational link between practice managers, clinicians, central teams, and senior management.
* Clinic Setup & Launch: Oversee operational planning and execution for all clinic setup activities (fit-out, IT, compliance readiness, staff hiring and onboarding).
* Day-to-Day Operational Management: Regularly visit on-site to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to our quality standards (including Health & Safety and infection prevention guidelines).
* Financial & Performance Oversight: Track and report on key operational KPIs (capacity, throughput, cost-of-operations, utilization rates, cancellations, clinic revenue impacts).
* Continuous Improvement & Scaling: Identify areas to streamline operational workflows, reduce friction, and elevate the hybrid model experience.
The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in operations, facilities coordination, project coordination, or general management, ideally in primary care or another healthcare setting.
The salary range for this position is €65,000-€75,000 per annum depending on experience, with a bonus of €5,000 and 25 days annual leave.
