ProSource is currently recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well‑respected Civils and Groundworks contractor to be based in Meath.
Responsibilities
Conducting cost estimates and preparing tender documents.
Managing and monitoring project budgets, costs, and variations.
Collaborating with project managers and site teams to ensure financial objectives are met.
Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements.
Assessing and valuing completed work, ensuring accurate payment applications.
Providing timely and accurate financial reports to support decision‑making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within Civils and Groundworks.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and relevant regulations.
Proficient in cost estimating, budget management, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
