POSITION SUMMARY: The Private Label Business Development Lead supports the business development function of all the generic medicines for the NorthStar and Aisling private labels, including translating the output of the Portfolio Management process into credible business development opportunities, supporting the identification of strategic generic suppliers to enter into negotiations, support deal valuation and negotiations and executing deals to bolster the New Product Launch process of the various Private Labels.
This role will focus on all molecules in the generic space, including injectables, oral solids, liquids synthesize insights from analysis and ensure credible, actionable recommendations Financial Acumen: understanding of financial modeling and experience with financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation in the context of strategic planning, and price management to maximize shareholder value Communications Skills: the ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization, promote ideas and proposals persuasively Healthcare Knowledge (Preferable): knowledge of industry stakeholders particularly supply partners, trends, economic drivers, and policy across healthcare.
