Leadership Opportunity
This is a senior role within the store that supports the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the business.
* Providing excellent service to colleagues and managers.
* Coaching and managing the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, availability, and a positive lasting impression.
* Taking full accountability for the store when the Store Manager is not present.
* Being the go-to person for all colleagues for their day-to-day queries in the absence of their Line Manager.
* Leading communication in the store and creating an environment of two-way dialogue.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous retail management experience.
* A passion for working with people and customers.
* The ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
* Flexibility in their thinking to make informed decisions and handle change.
* The ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
