Location: Cork City Centre
Salary: €32,000 -€35,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to property managers and the wider team
- Handling client and tenant queries via phone and email
- Preparing contracts, reports, and other property-related documentation
- Coordinating property viewings and inspections
- Managing databases and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Assisting with invoicing, payments, and general financial administration
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth property operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the property sector is highly advantageous
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
