About You
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager within premium retail
* A proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and empower a team
* A customer-centric mindset with a natural ability to build rapport
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly
