Job Description
Our general assistants serve a variety of essential back of the house and front of house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. The General Assistant is required to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and to gain extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.
We are looking for someone with:
1. A keen interest in food and service
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative
4. A good knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP
5. Good understanding of English
6. Dedication and self-motivation
7. Good timekeeping
8. Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
9. Ability to contribute to maintaining high standards of personal hygiene
10. Courteous manner
Qualifications & Experience
1. At least 1 year's experience in a similar environment
2. Customer service experience
3. Food hygiene experience
4. Previous experience of porterage, catering, cleaning, or housekeeping
