Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a field sales representative, you will be responsible for growing the top of the supply funnel through market visits and informative sessions with current and prospective drivers.
* Participate in engaging market visits to grow the top of the supply funnel.
* Conduct informative sessions with current and prospective drivers, showcasing the value of our offerings.
* Engage in outbound call campaigns targeting prospective drivers and those newly signed up.
* Manage relationships with existing and prospective drivers to understand their needs and pitch our solutions.
* Assist drivers through the sign-up process, ensuring they're prepared for their first trips shortly after onboarding.
* Act as the voice of the customer, relaying valuable insights back to the operations team.
* Collaborate with third-party partners to scale supply or demand for new city launches.
About You
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or client-facing position is required.
* You must be highly autonomous and self-driven, able to set your own goals and find efficient ways to achieve them without needing reminders.
* You should be action-oriented, taking practical action when faced with challenges or new situations.
* Strong people skills are essential, with the ability to thrive on conversations and engage others about new opportunities.
* You should be adaptable, able to maintain poise and organisation in a fast-paced work environment.
