The role will include:Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed designs, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to coordinate design decisions, schedules, and workflows across all stages of a project.Prepare statutory consent applications, tender packages, construction documentation and schedules.Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve technical issues.Ensure designs comply with Irish planning, building, fire safety, health & safety regulations, and sustainable building standards.Provide guidance on materials selection, innovative construction technologies, and sustainable solutions.Qualifications and ExperienceA degree or diploma in Architectural Technology (or related discipline).2- 5+ years' post-graduation experience in architectural technology or technical design. Knowledge of and experience of Irish Building Regulations and design standards, and other laws applicable to design and construction is essential.Registration or membership with professional bodies like RIAI, CIAT, or CIOB is advantageousSkills and CompetenciesProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.Strong drawing, spatial awareness, and preferably 3D modelling capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Evaluate technical challenges on site, perform risk assessments, and recommend practical solutions.Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and design professionals.Ensure design accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high-quality deliverables.Job Type & PackageFull-time - Monday to FridaySalary negotiable depending on experienceOnsite parkingBirthday offJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 39 per weekBenefits:FlexitimeOn-site parkingEducation:Bachelor's (preferred)Experience:Architecture office: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
