Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global law firm as a Company Secretary Administrator. As part of the Dublin-based Company Secretarial team, you will collaborate closely with company secretaries, partners, and associates on funds-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare board packs for quarterly and ad-hoc meetings using Diligent or PDF documents.
* Coordinate meetings with clients, service providers, and boards of directors, including managing logistics like room setup, catering, and transportation.
* Assist in the organisation of board approval requests and the signing of documents (including notarisation and apostilling).
* Handle audit requests by providing signed minutes and board packs.
* Support the team with ad-hoc queries and assist with database management (e.g., Diligent Entities, CRO, Central Bank Portal).
Requirements:
* 1+ years experience in a company secretary role.
* Experience with document management or board pack software is a plus.
