Used Car Sales Manager

As a result of an internal promotion, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager position to join our team.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Performance, the role of the Sales Manager is to lead and motivate our sales team, drive sales performance and uphold the highest standards of customer service, professionalism and accuracy in every sales transaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets; demonstrating a customer-first, quality-led ethos and a personal drive for results.
Own and oversee the fulfilment of the complete sales process, from lead generation to handover; with a desire to continuously improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure that our CRM system (CDK / Keyloop) is updated and maintained in a timely manner; ensuring ongoing sales reporting accuracy.
Advocate and utilise the CRM system and other sales measurement tools to drive sales performance consistency.
Promote a culture of objective and timely performance feedback; through solution-based approach to coaching.Closely monitor and understand sales KPIs and prepare insightful sales reports to senior management, employing the expertise of our Sales Reporting Analyst.
Maintain effective controls that ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales documentation (i.e. sales packs) in line with internal policy and best practices.
Required skills:
Proven track record and sales experience (minimum 3 years) as a member of a sales management team within the automotive industry, or similar.
Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results and excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and strong team engagement.
Exceptional attention to detail, with previous experience in owning key sales controls an advantage.
Education & Experience:
Relevant sales and marketing management training and / or qualification(s) not essential however a key advantage.
Acquiring leadership skills and strong communicator.
Ability to use and interact with CRM systems and reporting tools, CDK / Keyloop and Tableau are key advantages.
Must speak fluent English.
All applicants must hold a Stamp 4, EU passport or Irish Citizenship.
Must hold an updated, full clean driving license.
