About the Role
We are seeking an experienced software quality assurance professional to join our team as a Senior QA Automation Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for data pipelines APIs., (Spark-based pipelines using Databricks Delta Lake MLflow), .NET back-end services (Angular front‑end).
The ideal candidate will have experience working with cloud-based technologies Azure or other major cloud platforms Git version control tools Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban ISTQB certification is desirable but not required.
A key aspect of this role is collaboration between engineers analysts to define test approaches acceptance criteria quality metrics ensuring seamless integration across teams deployed automation frameworks in the cloud defining reporting on key quality performance indicators developing executing functional integration regression performance tests validating data integrity batch streaming datasets participating peer reviews maintain QA standards supporting during development UAT release cycles documenting outcomes providing actionable insights necessary degree Computer Science IT equivalent practical experience five years in QASoftware Testing focused large-scale systems strong Python skills automation data validation hands-on experience Spark Databricks pipeline testing Power BI expertise optional experiences desired include Terraform understanding governance
