Lead Project Controls Manager
This is a senior leadership role that oversees the development, implementation and management of project controls systems and processes across complex infrastructure projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and cost plans.
* Oversee performance measurement, forecasting, and reporting across all project phases.
* Publish regular progress reports, KPIs, and dashboards for stakeholders.
* Implement and manage earned value management (EVM) systems and tools.
* Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities.
* Manage change control processes and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Essential Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
* Basic understanding of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts.
* Familiarity with Irish forms of contract such as GCC and FIDIC.
* Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
