Your new role As a Client Service Executive, you will: Manage a portfolio of large and global clients, ensuring superior service delivery.
Handle renewals, mid-term alterations, and client queries efficiently.
Develop a deep understanding of each client's business and risk needs.
Foster strong relationships with insurers and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Support colleagues by providing technical expertise and problem-solving assistance.
What you'll need to succeed CIP qualification (or working towards it).
Must be able to travel to Dublin or Cork.
Previous experience in an insurer or broker role.
Strong client advocacy skills with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support business growth.
