Job Description
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical team on site. This includes planning and coordinating activities, developing work plans, and reviewing completed tasks to identify areas for improvement.
* Plan and coordinate activities for the mobile engineering team on and off-site
* Develop detailed work plans to ensure efficient scheduling and task execution
* Review completed tasks, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
You will also manage a programme of capital works upgrades on the site, involving external subcontractors.

Key skills required include:
Required Skills and Qualifications
A third-level degree in an Engineering discipline is essential, along with a minimum of three years' experience in an Engineering Management role. Proven ability to lead and coordinate site activities independently is also necessary.
Practical experience managing on-site operations and ensuring Health & Safety compliance is crucial. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are also highly valued.
