We're working with a well-established, property developer. As their project pipeline continues to grow, they're strengthening their on-site Health & Safety team.
This role suits someone early in their H&S career who wants real site exposure, strong mentorship, and responsibility from day one.
The role
Reporting to a Senior Health & Safety Manager, you'll support the delivery of high standards across live construction sites. The focus is practical, visible, and hands-on.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting the creation of safe, well-run construction sites
* Carrying out site inductions, inspections, and audits
* Reviewing and helping develop RAMs and Construction H&S Plans
* Ensuring contractor and statutory H&S compliance
* Maintaining site H&S records and documentation
* Leading toolbox talks and weekly H&S meetings
* Assisting with incident investigations and follow-up actions
* Working closely with site teams and senior management
What they're looking for
* A qualification or early career background in Health & Safety
* Construction site experience is a strong advantage
* Practical mindset with good communication skills
* Confident engaging with site teams and contractors
* Organised, proactive, and keen to develop
* Full clean Drivers Licence.
