Purpose of the Job
Our Account Managers are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners.
You'll need experience of working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges – taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further.
This role will be supporting 2 of our clients, one sits within the FMCG industry and the other within Consumer Healthcare.
The main areas of spend on these accounts are 2D + 3D Point of Sales Materials (POSM).
This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client site in Dublin and home as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible – own the process
Provide technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering exceptional levels of customer service
Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as required – collaborate across multiple teams and leverage HH Global's full-service offering
Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting while keeping accurate records
Agree and manage budgets and P+Ls, ensuring profit is maximized through analysis of performance
Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policies
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors and to agreed SLAs + KPIs
Experience in 2D / 3D Point of Sale Materials, experience with Branded Merchandise would be advantageous
Commercial understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through time management + prioritization skills
Project Management mindset - process driven with a focus on sales and business development
Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority
Must be able to be present at the client site in Dublin at least once per week
Must have 2D + 3D Point of Sale Material knowledge
