Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm
Hybrid working available after training
The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full end-to-end recruitment role, offering the opportunity to work closely with both clients and candidates while building long-term relationships and developing your own desk.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Sourcing, screening and placing high-quality candidates
Managing job adverts, CV submissions and interview processes
Proactively developing new business opportunities
Delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates
Negotiating offers and closing placements
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
Commercial awareness and confidence in business development
Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
