Personal and Executive Assistant required with extensive senior executive administration experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly screen and monitor communications including emails, invitations, letters and respond directly or advise the Managing Director.
* Research information as required online or via other sources.
* Review, modify and/or summarise presentations and other documents at senior management level.
* Coordination and scheduling of calendar, travel and diary including business and personal arrangements.
* Manage events and meetings including set-up, location, agenda, participants and facility arrangements.
* Provide clarity and feedback on actions and outcomes of events/meetings.
* Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and stakeholders including employees and consultants as directed.
* Manage recruitment for new team members.
* Take responsibility for projects and actions to support the Managing Director as required.
* Work collaboratively with a range of internal and external colleagues and assist them in the interests of the Managing Director.
* Confident in relaying instruction and direction from the Managing Director to direct reports and other stakeholders in a firm and respectful manner.
* Write and collate materials and proof read documents.
* Manage accounts to a book keeping standard including management of expense reports.
Requirements:
* At least 7 years' experience in a senior executive role.
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications, email and calendar management.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and competent at building relationships with stakeholders.
* Highly organised and detail oriented.
* Able to multitask and prioritise well even in pressurised environments.
* Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
* Proactively identify and resolve problems.
* Full clean driving license and car ownership.
