We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Department Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
About the Role
The primary job function of the Department Manager is to take accountability for their department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer care and operational standards to maximise sales and profitability whilst maintaining costs.
1. To deliver the budgeted KPI plan for the department and any subsequent forecasts
