Footicubs South Dublin are looking for a reliable, confident, out-going & organised manager/franchisee to join our Footicubs Family. With the business already up, running and turning a healthy profit.
The role involves coordinating and running fun football based physical activity classes for young children between the ages of 18 months to 5 years and beyond as we have a number of different revenue steams from Saturday morning early years football coaching to after school club coaching midweek. Please see for all potential revenue streams.
We currently have 1x profitable early years ''stadium'' running on Saturday mornings in a school in Rathfarnham along side various after school clubs running midweek in South Dublin. We're now looking for a motivated person to come on board and continue to manage the current revenue streams alongside building the business with the help of the Franchisor.
Although full training will be given, this role involves teaching football to children aged between 18 months to 5 years, therefore a good sense of humour, confident manner and bundles of energy are essential You must also be a clear communicator and be physically fit.
Requirements for a Footicub's Football Manager/Franchisee-
-Experience of working with young children is desirable
-Ability to speak to and bond with parents and carers
-Garda Vetting
-Ability to manage staff, light book keeping.

-To engage, encourage and inspire every child
-To run a Footicubs planned sessions (Scheme of work provided)
-To be punctual and the most enthusiastic person in the room
