Interim Finance Manager, Dublin, Hybrid (12 month contract)

You’ll lead a small team, work closely with senior finance stakeholders, and play a key role in maintaining a strong financial control environment. Responsibilities include:
Managing and developing the Finance Team
Oversee monthly close activities and ensure accurate, timely reporting and related analysis
Deliver margin analysis, commercial insights, and monthly reports.
Drive process improvements, support audits, and strengthen controls.
ABOUT THE PERSON
You will be a ACA/ACCA trained accountant (or equivalent) with 4+ years post-qualified experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced industry environment.
You’ll bring:
Strong knowledge of financial reporting
Proven experience managing or mentoring others
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
A practical, hands‑on approach with a collaborative mindset
