We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Consultant to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
This is a highly visible and impactful position where you will play a critical role in designing, managing, and analyzing compensation strategies that drive business success.
* You will partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate executive compensation policies, programs, and governance impacting company executives and Board of Directors.
* Additionally, you will oversee the administration, transactions, and compliance of share-based incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide responsive, high-quality support to HR partners, company leaders, and employees.
* Develop and deliver educational sessions and communication plans underscoring the value of share-based compensation.
* Partner with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders on the annual CD&A narrative and compensation tables for public disclosure.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* Typically 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting or related roles, with a focus on executive compensation and share plans in a publicly traded company.
* Exceptional knowledge of compensation principles and global administration and regulations of equity vehicles.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems.
