Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a committed, experienced, and proactive individual to join our team as Clinical Nurse Manager 1 in the Day of Surgery Admissions Lounge (DOSAL).

Essential Criteria:

Registered in the General Division of the NMBI register

2 to 4 years of post-registration experience in an acute care setting

Demonstrated clinical competence and professionalism

Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with relevant healthcare applications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development

Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant postgraduate qualification or experience in the specialty area

Minimum of one year in a supervisory or management role

Completion of a formal management training program

High levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and motivation
