About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Financial Operations Leader to lead the financial operations of our Injectables facilities. This role is critical in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic financial leadership and analysis to support site leadership teams and business development initiatives.
* Ensure effective internal controls are in place and operating as required.
* Partner with executive management to drive performance and informed decision-making across the business.
* Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis in support of both short- and long-term operational goals.
* Act as key finance partner for line expansion projects and new product introductions at the site.
* Manage financial aspects of business plans, including financial modeling and capital expenditure proposals.
* Drive continuous improvement in accounting and financial processes, aiming for best-in-class practices.
* Enhance and maintain robust financial forecasting processes for improved accuracy and insight.
* Collaborate with IT to support ongoing systems improvements and financial reporting capabilities.
* Work with Operations to identify and implement cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities.
* Partner with Planning and Supply Chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and working capital efficiency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, MBA, or similar advanced credential.
* 7+ years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Deep expertise in financial operations processes, systems, and controls.
* Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, automation, and systems upgrades (SAP).
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance frameworks.
* Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment preferred.
* Exceptional leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
* Working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Hyperion tools is must.
* Working knowledge of isolator technology.
* Working knowledge of Environmental Monitoring of a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment.
