Quality Lead I'm working with a leading manufacturer seeking a Quality Lead to join their growing team in Northwest Limerick. This is a permanent, full-time position based within a busy two-shift operation. The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: * Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards * Investigate and resolve production or quality issues * Liaise with Production Supervisors to maintain consistent quality performance * Implement corrective actions and update procedures where required * Support production in meeting output targets while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar quality role * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively and problem-solve effectively This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer offering stability, teamwork and long-term prospects.
