A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group
* Minimum 5 years experience in SAP FICO.
* Preferably experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
* Proven track record of leading SAP projects in a consulting environment.
* Strong understanding of finance processes and how they translate into SAP solutions.
* Experience with SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard approach.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
* SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Public Cloud is highly desirable.
Your responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementations on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy SAP FICO solutions, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
* Provide strategic guidance on SAP best practices and Public Cloud capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
* Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, solution design, and client presentations.
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the SAP practice.
* Stay current with SAP innovations, particularly in the Public Cloud space, and contribute to thought leadership.
