Our Client is a global company well established in Dublin. We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator with EMEA experience qualified to work in Dublin immediately. This role is a contract role. The Recruitment Co-coordinator provides support to the recruitment function and will usually work across HR/recruitment administration. Key Responsibilities can include : Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite and presentation interviews Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including travel arrangement, expense reimbursements, and ensuring background checks are 100% completed Build strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, the hiring managers they support, and their candidates to drive an efficient process for providing a positive candidate experience, as well as handle any challenges that may occur Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment Master our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools and organizational products including Workday, Quip and Google Suite Pitch, lead, and drive team projects, often working interdepartmentally Track and analyze data to deliver to stakeholders and reduce interview rescheduling Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
