Lead Residential Team Manager
The role of Lead Residential Team Manager requires a strong leader to oversee the residential team and ensure that all aspects of property management are carried out efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Team Management: Manage a team of property managers and administrators to achieve the highest level of performance and customer satisfaction.
* Rent Collection: Ensure timely rent collection from tenants and take appropriate action as required.
* Third Party Contractors: Supervise third-party contractors and outside service providers to ensure their work meets our high standards.
* Tenant Liaison: Liaise with tenants and relevant committees to resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Negotiation: Negotiate and re-gear residential rents as required to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

* Relevant Qualification: Hold a relevant qualification in a property-related discipline.
* PRSA Qualification: Be PRSA qualified or meet the licensing criteria outlined by the PRSA (Category D).
