Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor payor financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen client relationships.
* Collaborate with internal partners to ensure ongoing process execution aligns with contractual obligations.
* Assist in data generation and collateral for senior leadership business updates, providing explanations and information on complex issues.
* Utilize exceptional organizational skills in managing OptumRx Pharmacy contracts, including ensuring accurate and timely data, generating reports, and tracking monthly performance and adherence metrics.
* Actively consult with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to incorporate business content into analytical approaches.
