Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and support site operations in adhering to EHS protocols.
* Assist the team in executing new projects and programs, ensuring seamless integration of EHS management.
* Provide expert advice to site management on national and EU legislation, machinery safety standards, and best practices.
* Review and approve equipment modifications from an EHS perspective, driving continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and construct new facilities, automation lines, and process equipment, emphasizing process safety management.
* Develop and implement comprehensive occupational health programs, promoting a culture of wellness.
* Investigate incidents/accidents, recommend corrective actions, and drive process improvements.
* Support the development of key EHS programs and deliver relevant training to personnel.
* Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement and stakeholder collaboration.
* Drive effective KPIs, maintain compliance, and participate in emergency response planning.
* Support quality initiatives and ensure ongoing GMP compliance.
