We're looking for a motivated
Marketing Graduat
e to join our Creative, Learning, and Marketing team in Skerries.
This role is ideal for someone who is early in their marketing career and excited to build hands-on experience across CRM, marketing operations, events, content, and digital campaigns.
This position places a strong focus on HubSpot and CRM management. You'll be trained to set up automations, maintain clean data, support cross-department processes, and help keep our marketing systems running smoothly.
Alongside CRM ownership, you'll support event management, assist across content creation, website updates, paid campaigns, and day-to-day marketing activity.
You'll be part of a collaborative, creative team where your ideas are welcome and you'll get real responsibility from day one.

What will you be doing?
A day in the life of a Marketing Graduate is varied and fast paced.
Core Responsibilities:
1- HubSpot and CRM Operations
Work with marketing leader to:
• Maintain a clean and organised CRM database
• Set up automated workflows with support from the marketing lead
• Build lists, segments, and email automations
• Monitor CRM processes and ensure other teams follow agreed workflows
• Support reporting and dashboard creation
2- Event Management
• Assist with planning and coordinating industry events and conferences
• Manage logistics, suppliers, and internal communication
• Support on the day with organisation, setup, and lead capture
3- Marketing Support
• Assist with content creation for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and guides
• Help with website, academy and e-learning updates
• Support paid advertising campaigns (Google, social platforms)
• Create simple visuals using Canva
• Collaborate with sales, product, learning, and external partners
We expect you to have:
• A marketing degree
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with multitasking and taking initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in CRM systems and marketing automation
• Understanding of social media platforms
• Some experience with content creation or simple design tools
• Interest in digital advertising
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn
• Technical knowledge:
* Canva
* Willingness to learn HubSpot quickly (experience is a plus but not required)
