We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards in food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the kitchen team and maintain efficiency

* Collaborate with the executive head chef and head chef to drive culinary innovation and excellence
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 1 year experience as a sous chef or senior chef de partie in a quality hotel or restaurant environment
* Culinary expertise and passion for fresh, flavorful, and finely presented food
* Operational skills and ability to manage budgets, rosters, and food safety and hygiene standards
* A strong work ethic with humility and respect for colleagues
* A creative mindset capable of crafting daily specials and enhancing menu offerings
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
* Adaptability and willingness to work varied schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
* A strong understanding of HACCP, food allergens, and health and safety regulations
