Main Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, adhering to menu specifications
">
* Manage your own section of the kitchen during service, ensuring efficient food production
">
* Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff, enhancing their skills
">
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times
">
* Assist in ordering, stock control, and minimising food wastage
">
* Work closely with the Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure smooth service and effective teamwork
">

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role within a high-volume kitchen

* Strong cooking skills, particularly in grill and seafood

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* A passion for food and keen attention to detail

* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
