Job Title: Operations Support Specialist
Description:
The Fund Distribution Support Services team is looking for a skilled professional to manage legal, administrative, and financial relationships with external fund providers. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for business acceptance testing, billing management, reconciliation, and query management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Business Acceptance Testing: Test new services and enhancements to ensure seamless integration.
* Billing Management: Handle billing processes efficiently and effectively.
* Reconciliation: Ensure records match to prevent discrepancies.
* Query Management: Address and resolve queries quickly and satisfactorily.
Your Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management or investment funds. You should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Summit, Agile methodologies, and testing tools such as JIRA and ALM is a plus.
