Responsibilities
* Create, modify, and maintain 3D models and technical drawings using Revit and BIM technologies.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure models accurately reflect project requirements and specifications.
* Perform quality checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
* Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, including plans, sections, and details.
* Support the implementation of BIM standards and best practices within the organization.
* Participate in project coordination meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on modeling data.
* Stay current on industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies related to BIM and CAD.
* Help train and mentor junior staff on BIM processes and tools.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience as a BIM Revit CAD Engineer or in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
* Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant CAD/BIM software.
* Understanding of architecture and engineering design principles and standards.
