Billing Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Billing Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing setup and management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of financial systems, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage high transaction volumes.
* Key Responsibilities:

o Setup new customer accounts in financial systems.
o Update existing customer records (e.g., billing addresses, payment terms, contact information).

o Review and validate sales orders, contracts, and purchase orders to ensure accurate billing setup.
o Ensure billing terms and customer requirements (e.g., PO numbers, milestone billing) are correctly configured.

o Generate and issue timely, accurate customer invoices using ERP systems.
o Work with Excel and email platforms to manage billing tasks and communicate with internal stakeholders.
o Submit invoices through customer portals as required.

o Maintain organized and accurate documentation for audit readiness and compliance.
o Support month-end close processes.
o Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoicing queries.
