What You’ll Do
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
* Strategy: Develop the marketing strategy and channel approach across different verticals within our license partnerships. These include sport, music, Disney, TV/Theatricals and flash trends.
* Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across owned marketing channels. Own the end-to-end campaign process, from refining strategic propositions.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Attend partner meetings and build strong relationships with external stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign objectives are aligned and delivered efficiently.
* Performance Measurement & Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
* Brand Consistency & Innovation: Ensure all communications and creative executions are consistent with both the brand and the partners’ positioning, tone of voice and messaging guidelines.
What You’ll Bring

* Strong understanding of partnerships and brand relationships, and the complexities of ways of working
* Organised and process driven
* Strong budget management skills
* Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. Experience with social media and influencer marketing is essential
* Strong background in developing high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences
