Quality Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and implement quality initiatives across our group.
* Lead quality assurance systems and audits across all locations
* Mentor and support facility leaders in clinical governance
* Develop and implement policies aligned with national standards
* Oversee safeguarding frameworks and risk management
* Deliver training and promote a culture of learning and innovation
* Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership
We require a Registered Nurse with current registration, postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement, and 3-5 years' experience in a healthcare quality or compliance role. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centered care, excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, as well as a full driving license and willingness to travel.
