The role of Senior Project Manager Apartments and Duplexes will be part of the Construction Team based in west Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive project plans to achieve timelines, milestones, and resource allocation goals.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
* Track project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
* Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Manage project finances, track expenses, and report financial status to senior management.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
* Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
