Our Client provides a full range of building services for domestic and commercial clients.
Due to an increase in projects they require a Site Foreman to manage their new builds in and greater Belfast area.
Job Summary: You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This role involves hands on duties associated with coordinating and supervising sub- contractors as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing materials and equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure that work is carried out according to project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Maintain high standards of health and safety on site and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation.
Plan and schedule daily work activities and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Inspect work for quality assurance and ensure standards are met.
Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
Order and manage delivery of materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate site records, including timesheets, deliveries, and daily logs.
Liaise with engineers, architects, and clients as required.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of NI construction processes, materials, and health & safety regulations.
NVQ Level 3 or above in Construction, or equivalent qualification (desirable).
CSCS Gold Card or higher (essential).
Full UK driving licence.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
