An exciting new job opportunity has become available in Dublin 2. We are looking for the right person to join our Residence Management Team - Part Time, at one of Dublin's rental apartment complexes situated in The Docklands. Along with the fully furnished apartments, the complex comes with terraces, a relaxation area, and a co-working room.The role will be on a part-time basis, and you would be required to work Monday to Friday 4.00pm - 6.00pm. In the new year there will be opportunity for occasional weekend shift cover (Saturdays 11am - 2pm). The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties linked to the provision of an excellent customer service-driven environment. Responsibilities will include direct contact with all the tenants and being available to meet, greet, and address any matters that arise for tenants, ensuring all the first-class facilities provided are maintained to a high standard, and undertaking other responsibilities that will be outlined in more detail at the job application stage.Responsibilities:Ø Deliver a positive and consistent personal experience with all customers and visitors.Ø Ensure appearance of property meets required standardsØ Provide exceptional service to the residents, including providing informed and accurate advice in order to ensure that resident retention rates remain high.Ø Provide package handling and holding services for residentsØ Liaise with all contractors and visitors to the developmentØ Update all activity on the management system and resident portal where appropriateØ Ensure the security of all residents, visitors and contractors at the developmentØ Conduct pre-tenancy inspections to ensure that the property is immaculate prior to move-in.Ø Meet and greet residents after the letting team have moved the tenant in.Ø Co-ordinate move-ins for new residents in line with procedureØ Provide an introduction to the building and tour of the facilities available.Ø Internal interim inspections of the apartmentsØ Check Outs - Arrange check out appointment and carrying out move-out as per procedureSkills required:Ø Strong customer service skills and in particular have the ability to deal with unexpected and difficult situationsØ Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems, (training on in house systems will be provided).Attitude/approach:Ø Proactive, positive and can do.Ø Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service.Ø Professional and credible.Ø Results driven.Job Type: Part-timePay: €14.50 per hourWork Location: In personBenefits:On-site parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayFuture Weekend availabilityJob Type: Part-timePay: €14.50 per hourExpected hours: No less than 10 per weekWork Location: In person
