Position Overview: As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee the provision of home nursing services, ensuring exceptional care for our young patients. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility based on service requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support nursing staff in the delivery of care.
* Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
* Maintain high-quality care standards through regular assessments and feedback.
* Adapt to changing service needs and challenges.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
* Registered Children’s Nurse or Registered General Nurse with at least five years experience in paediatric or complex care within the Irish Healthcare system and a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Self-motivated and dynamic with a commitment to quality care.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to work independently.
* Experience with audit and quality improvement programs would be an advantage.
