Job Title: Stock Administrator
Location: Kilkenny, Ireland
Contract & Hours: Permanent, Part Time, 24 hours per week across three days
Package includes: starting salary of £28,000 per annum (pro rata).

There will be times when you're working alone, so we're looking for someone who takes initiative appropriately, capable of managing their own tasks, and self-motivated.
We're seeking an organised, practical Stock Controller who enjoys variety — from order handling and stock accuracy to logistics coordination and international shipping.
This is a permanent part-time role (24 hours across three on-site days) within a job-share arrangement.
You'll have a crossover day with the existing postholder and the autonomy to manage operations confidently on your solo days.
What you'll do
Process incoming sales orders and prepare stock for dispatch
Maintain accurate stock records and support stock checks
Coordinate courier bookings, collections, and deliveries
Manage domestic and international shipping documentation
Track courier performance and costs to ensure best value
Use Excel and internal systems to manage day-to-day stock activity
What we're looking for
You'll bring experience in order handling, stock control, or logistics administration
A keen eye for accuracy combined with an initiative-driven attitude.
Able to handle tasks solo, experienced with courier systems and spreadsheet tools
Good excel skills
