Ensuring that the plumbing, paintwork and all fire equipment is functioning at all times. Liaising with all management and service providers as directed.Main responsibilities:Working with the Daily maintenance record book for action list on minor repairs and paint jobsLiaising with maintenance personnel to ensure all issues are dealt with promptly and by trained personnel.
